What is happening, my ever dearest Cagayan de Oro?

*worst motorists
*roughest drivers

*grumpiest porters
*greediest liars

Never have I imagined the real meaning of a prospering city could be this ugly. In my lifetime, I've always learned to stay on the positive side to invite more positive vibes. I've always kept in mind that I should appreciate even the littlest thing, or the littlest gestures. I rant, yes, but I do not make things worse by complaining die hard. Feud nor grudge, NADA. I'm not a hypocrite, I could say I love to instill happiness & contentment, even though I struggle on rare "wants". But, I just want to release my thoughts. I love my city, but I really don't know what's happening.

Horrible traffic everywhere! I would understand if it's because our city's finally getting a make over, constructing fly overs & revamping the roads. But it's not just that that's causing all these hideous jam. It's the impatient motorists & drivers who wants to take on their own road, managing themselves to steal the wrong road. Dreadful. Why can't they just wait for their turn? If they think they're on a hurry, have they ever thought other people feel the same way too? We're of the same ground, if you feel hunger, I do too. Sick! Plus the swerving motorists who pops out like loathsome ants, killing nerves of careful drivers. OhEmmmGoodness. Could you just stay on your lane and stop popping out at every inch of free space you see? Or maybe because you don't know where your lane is, I suppose. The right most lane is yours to enjoy! (I only learned this during my driving lesson, some 4 years & 6 months back, and that's obvious to know that no one really knows and really cares where those 2 wheels should position themselves.) C'mon yeah! I have nurtured some ground of ill feeling to motorbikes, motorelas & trisikads. I used to appreciate them, but, I don't like them anymore!!!

(Next point, else I'll keep on ranting about them.)

An incident that happened in our local sea port some few years back still haunt me. For 6 years, I've always thought I know the twists & turns of the port, traveling every month, if not, weekly. But I was so wrong. I was insulted & humiliated gravely by a port personnel, which led to his suspension on a Christmas season. I wasn't really sorry for his sanction, but I felt it wasn't the best time for his suspension. But if not for that, maybe more of his likes would abuse other people, say, tourists? I never liked to travel by sea, after what happened. Good thing cheap flights came in handy already.

A month ago (i guess), I drove my brother to the sea port. I know my way in & out. Queued, got the ticket, parked. My dad made arrangements with a porter to take care of my brother's things, it was all ok at first, but just as he got it all up on his shoulders, he dropped them all down, grumbled, and left. Why? Because he wants to be paid RIGHT AWAY, that INSTANT, right THERE, at THAT SPOT! With an amount that's amazingly & obviously called as OVER CHARGING! How rude, awful & demanding could that be?! (the story goes on....). So anyway, after that, we had to rush (at 9 minutes) to the exit so we won't be able to pay any parking fee. BUT! When we got there, the big belly man said "BAYAD MAAM." My dad & I were like, hello?! It's only 25pesos, but the thing is, we know there's free parking if it'll take you only 10-15minutes inside. If we had known, we won't be rushing! So I asked when they started collecting, and he simply answered "DUGAY NA MAAM, DUGAY DUGAY NA" and I told him I was there exactly a week ago and I wasn't charge a single centavo! Yes, not an alibi, I drove my other brother to the port just exactly a week before that night! And he just stared away. I wanted to punch his protruding tummy, or punch his bloody fat behind! But I was all blushing angrily at the second commotion that could happen that night. Driving home, my mind wanted to burst! I wanted to address this corrupt and uncivilized scheme to the PPA or to the mayor or maybe to the media. But, I detoured. I calmed myself, prayed, and said, "one more chance, Cagayan de Oro. One more."

So these are just some recent hullabaloos. I love my city. But, it's depressing to know that everyday, people experience the worst scenarios. Not to mention the escalating crime rates. Would you share me your thoughts my dear Kagay-Anon?

i don't exactly know how to react to this totally bizarre & demented situation. so i'm asking YOU! why on earth have u been so dumb all this time???

last year, you came to my mom's clinic (and apparently, i was there too!) and saw that 150gm kojic soap. you were amazed at how cheap it was. and you even said that my retail price is the wholesale price of 100 bars from your previous supplier. and that's where everything started- -our business transaction. and since you're some-kind-of a "friend" of my mom's, i gave you a much lower rate, so you can sell them at your *renowned pharmacy* and gain more profit. (yeah, you were selling it at 25pesos more than my retail, and now you'll be selling it more than that pa!!! congratulations!!!)(yes, i admit. i do not sell just to make money, i don't even have a huge profit for this. i sell because i want to share the positive effects of that soap! *damn you!*) so i delivered 50 bars at your *renowned pharmacy.*

months months months later after that first transaction, you called again and ordered another 50bars. i was happy that you did, so i prepared them and you technically picked them up at my mom's clinic on purpose. still the same price.

and now, after maybe more than a year. you called again. 50 bars that is. so i prepared them again, and you again said you'll just pick them up at my mom's clinic, hence, again. (28th of november) now 170gm, i gave you the exact same price as before. but what happened? a few hours after your some-kind-of-a-son picked them up, you sent me a text message, somehow angry. angry because you thought i gave a 20 peso increase. and that your son's angry too coz he just brought with him a little extra mullah and he had to pay more than what you handed him to pay me. i keep on explaining that i did not, and that for the record, the rate i gave you is the cheapest & lowest among all the transactions i've made! but you still insisted, that i made a note to the 1st transaction stating bodly the price --and t'was 20 pesos cheaper. whut!? how and why!? yes, i don't sell to make a large amount of profit -- but i would never sell it at that rate that your claiming did! that would make me a foul, dumb, stupid fool, don't you think??? (nag negosyo pko, kung magpalugi lang diay ko!!! bugok.)

and as of last night, 14th of december. you sent me a long text message, telling me that you'll return what you've ordered. you insisted still that my rate went up 20pesos higher. and that your selling price is 13 pesos lower than how much you got from me. isn't that stupid? you just fell 45pesos off from your first selling rate at your *renowned pharmacy!* ano yan, baclaran??? and since i was so damned about it--i simply gave you my kindest reply of "K" shush you're noisy blabbing mouth!

i'm thinking, should i charge you for a surcharge? i know my mom wouldn't like that. but hey. business is business. and i 100000000% sure you know that so well. you have 3 branches of your *renowned pharmacy* here. so you pretty know how everything goes. but i don't know --i think because i'm 2 decades younger than you, i still should respect you even a little. so i guess i won't. and because of that, you deserve this blog. damn. you. i hope you *renowned pharmacy* will continue on until the end times!

Celebrating Sixth

The sweetest & most romantic time ever!

I never asked for it. And we didn't really talk about it. We're a very practical couple. We need not have so many material thingamajigs to prove each other's overflowing love. Hugs, Kisses & I Love You's are more than enough.

We got engaged by simply talking about the future. And for him to really propose formally, he did it in a way i know 1 out 10 men would -- he talked straight to my parents, without me knowing ahead of time. And that was way tooooo sweet for me. That was July 26, 2008. And yes, after a year, the formal gathering came in June 27, 2009 when his folks came over from Davao to finally meet mine.

Planning, studying, deciding, setting everything straight in papers & everything else. We did it one by one. Wedding is set on March. Definite matters.

But never did I think about one biggest thing he could do. His proposal never had a period until our 6th. Our dinner date at Country Steak House got me teary eyed. A drama just like you see in movies & teleseryes. Gosh. This is it. The sweetest & most romantic thing. He may have not dropped on his knees, but he really did pop the grand millionaire question holding my left hand, and slipping the ring... waaahhh! and i bursted in tears!!! and of course, i did answer YES!!! and laughed while crying. i didn't exactly know how to react, it was way tooo grand for me, and in public, that was tooo overwhelming! But he surely did it best. My Buu made our Sixth the best, ever.

We may not have gone to the beach, or to somewhere else to celebrate our anniversary. But my Buu had planned the sweetest, most romantic way to make it more than a blast.

I love you Mahal. Thank you for all the love, patience & understanding. I thank God for you have always been faithful to Him. You never left Him. You kept Him inside you & you confided with Him in everything.

day TWO: raw or cooked vegetables
suggestions: large boiled potatoes for breakfast. cabbage, string beans & carrots for lunch. kangkong for dinner

day THREE: combination of fruits (except bananas) & vegetables

theoretically, your body is now prepared to start burning excess pounds
day FOUR: 8 bananas & 3 glasses of (low fat) milk
2 bananas + 1 glass of milk for breakfast & dinner, 3 bananas + 1 glass of milk for lunch, the other banana is reserved for merienda
bananas are for potassium & sodium lost during the last 3 days
people with sweet tooth will begin to develop a loss of craving for sweets (hahaha, yeah right)
day FIVE: (the worst menu) 6 whole tomatoes, cup of rice + 12 glasses of water
this is to cleanse the system of uric acid
rice = carbohydrates, tomatoes = digestion, water = purification
you may eat less than a cup of rice, but the 6 whole tomatoes are non negotiable
day SIX: cup of rice, cooked or raw vegetables
total weight loss
day SEVEN: (oh yeah, nearing the homestretch!) cup of rice, vegetables + a glass of fruit juice
you can have a "wonder" soup anytime.

the recipe: 22 oz water, 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 3 whole tomatoes, small size cabbage & a bunch of celery with herbs & seasoning to be added as desired.

the result promised a 10 pounds off the scale.

Have you heard about this Boyet Fajardo-Duty Free Philippines scandal? If you haven’t yet, the incident goes like this…

Last March 13, 2009, Filipino fashion designer Boyet Fajardo created a scene in Duty Free Philippines. He threw a humongous tantrum and threatened to have two employees of the said store fired. Guess why? A cashier politely asked for an ID because he presented an unsigned credit card! WTF?!@?%$

If you have been using your credit card in major shopping stores lately, you know that it is standard operating procedure to be asked for an identification for the card you are presenting. That’s SOP these days. Even if your credit card is signed and has a photo. Fajardo reportedly got angry and berated the poor cashier, now named as Marvin Fernandez, and the store manager~~officers~~ of Duty Free, named as Susan Gonzales. ~~Officers arrived at the scene~~ Gonzales tried to pacify the angry designer to no avail. Fajardo whipped out his cellphone, threatening to call on a high positioned government official. Dito pa lang nag

pi-feeling na itong designer na ito! And then onlookers were shocked when he shouted…

Mga leche kayo! Hindi niyo ako kilala? Ako si Boyet Fajardo! At itong p…ina na babaeng ito (pointing to a lady officer) at ang baklang ito (pointing to the cashier) ay walang kwentang mga tao! I want them fired!!!

~~An officer~~ Gonzales asked him what he wanted just to calm him down. Did you know what he wanted? For the poor cashier to kneel down in front of him so he could slap his face! The poor cashier had no choice but to kneel down in front of the high-flying designer. There’s a video of this incident below…

The poor cashier was crying in shame afterwards. Have you seen it? No, he was not slapped. But then, what happened to him was more than being slapped!

You know, I am all for customer rights and all that. I have been writing about it here again and again. But you should know if you are in the right or wrong. Boyet Fajardo was clearly wrong in throwing his weight on a hapless cashier when the only “fault” of the poor guy was to ask for an ID from him. You can be a well-known personality, yes. But when it’s SOP to present an ID, do it! Hindi yung ipagmamanduhan mo na well-known personality ka!

A Concerned Citizen is now calling for a boycott of the products being sold under Boyet Fajardo. He’s apparently selling his clothes in major malls. The information given by the Concerned Citizen is as follows:

With such disrespect, discrimination and humiliation towards a good worker, a less fortunate person and a fellow Filipino…

1. We are calling all citizens to stop patronizing Boyet Fajardo’s RTW labels such as Substance in SM department stores, Boyet Fajardo and Initials in Landmark and Robinson’s department stores.
2. We are calling on all malls to pull out or stop distributing his products in your outlets.
4. We are calling on the Commission on Human Rights, Department of Labor and Employment and all human rights and labor activists to take appropriate legal actions on this matter.5. We are calling all foreign embassies to deny him of entry to your respective countries.
6. We are calling on the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines to dishonor him of his membership and profession.

Then we received this email yesterday: WARNING FROM POLICE THIS APPLIES TO BOTH WOMEN AND MEN: BEWARE OF PAPER ON THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE - A NEW WAY TO DO CARJACKINGS

Heads up everyone! Please, keep this circulating... You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rear view mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view. When you reach the back of your car, that is when the carjackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off . They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.

And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car. So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.

Kaleb's Christening @ Lugait

it was an event i longed for. i was ecstatic of the thought of seeing my first ever pamangkin (emborgo side) on his Christening. and yes, to see ate Kweeny too for the first time in soooo many months. i've written the event in my planner, my phone calendar, my laptop & even on my facebook status. it was a day i thought would be so happy and all that baby chic.

but, it turned out to be something else i never thought i would experience in my lifetime.

on January 3, 2009, CDO had its first attack (as far as my silver milestone is concerned) of a cloudburst causing drastic angry water rage of flood in Tibasak & the river bank area. i personally have not seen worst case scenarios but i have seen the river water like angry brown rapids at the Marcos Bridge area, and i thought, it was totally a jaw dropping scary calamity. when i checked on youtube & other people's blogs, i really thought its something that would make me and everyone else pray harder for everyone to be safe.

and the hot soup, january 11, 2009. i woke up at my usual 5:30am body alarm clock. when i gazed outside the window, i thought about how gloomy the day would be. no sun. yeah. just that. i did all my daily morning bedroom activities and finally got up and walked out the door. the entire house is still so quiet. but not the usual sunday morning thing. then i tried on my peripheral vision, see if i can cheat on looking if its still raining so i can decide what to wear. but OH! right there, i spotted. straight from the guest room door, i can see through the glass window our front street! our flooded street!!! *gaaah!!!* so i rushed through the (upstairs) sala, got up on the day bed, opened the windows and yeah.. our street is again flooded with brown water. and the level is.. yes.. as high as it should be, just like back in the days.. tsk tsk tsk.. so i got worried. bobot & i are leaving for lugait by 9:00am, will the water subside in 2 hours or less? i wondered. *dang!* so instead of waking bobot up, i rang kim instead. i asked if we could hitch with them to lugait, and that we'll just meet them up at the highway coz my lil red alien can't get out. the water outside is above knee level now. *gaaahhh!*

OMG. i thought. this couldn't be happening today. no, no.. not today. i actually was on panic mode already. can't really decide on the right thing to do. i really want to go and see ate & Kaleb. but the weather is really not friendly. so i sent ate a message about the situation and she said "rain or shine, anhi jud Doki!" and that was it. for the love of ate & Kaleb. i had bobot get in the shower asap so we can hitch with Kim & co.

the downpour got harder, still we managed to get out through tita Bing's gate. and finally got off to where we should be on that day.

on through misamis oriental towns after cdo to lugait, we already saw the angry waves & brown & red & black waters on the streets, the river, the beach & even on the rice fields. we saw trees laid flat, rocks on the road (for possible landslide), yet still we went on with the trip.

we arrived at the church an hour early, waited. until the ceremony began. it was so cold but kept warm with the happy smiles of everyone. even baby Kaleb's cry brings out our smiles. Kaleb's such a cutie. Kaleb's such a blessing. look at those big round eyes! :D ay pero Kaleb, tha hair BB!!! hehehe :p

haaayyy Kaleb.. your Tita Nang will never forget your Christening :D hehehehe.. ok, ok...go on.. hehehe :) (na divert ko ha.. gwapo ning bataa oi!)

we ate lunch under the non-stop rain, yet managed to take photo ops still. until we decided its about time to risk and keep a brave heart.

we left ate & kuya shaun's place maybe around 2:00pm. convoyed with iyan & co (Jazz) and my cousin's aunt & co (DMax). obviously, we should go together, wherever & whatever happens. only kim was the male driver. he practically led the trip home. but when we got to Alubijid (just maybe 30 minutes or less away), long line of vehicles were waiting for the right timing to cross the then said scary border/bridge. so we all patiently waited.

on our spot, the bridge is just maybe 5 meters away, so we can really see the water raging angrily. and hey. look! we just saw a house pass through! *gaaah!!!* uh-oh. panic in brain. but i kept silent.

we were brainstorming of so many things already, until we tired out and some hit on dreamland. after 2hours or so, i noticed, we haven't progressed a bit. and it was getting dark. that was it. that was the sign. i didn't want anyone in cdo or back home to worry about us, but i couldn't help it anymore. even though i feel safe with my cousins & bobot, its different when you let mom & dad know about your whereabouts. so i sent my mom a message, asked about apovel's water insanity. she then replied, that the water just subsided a few minutes before i texted her, and that the electricity is still out, no landline, but they have food with a mini laugh "hehe" & that the house is ok.. i blurted a quiet laugh too, but i couldn't keep the news anymore. so i said in a light manner, "we have food too, but we don't have a house."

as expected, my mom called asap. told her we're still in alubijid after almost 3 hours of waiting in line, on the road. that we have nowhere to go, because we can't go back to lugait as one of the towns will pass through going there just had a massive landslide. panic attack. she has friends everywhere, so she told me not to worry, that we'll be safe and have a place to stay.

while waiting again, i got out from the crosswind, and surveyed the area myself (curious ko oi. of course!) i went on the bridge, to see for myself what this natural calamity has brought to the place. oh no. the piggery just down there to where i'm standing was ashed away. not a single "kahoy-kahoy" for the piggery stood still. and not a single pig remained. poor baboys :( where could they be? wiped out. washed out.. and possibly, drowned already :( and i saw a blue truck in the middle near one of the houses, covered up with water. only part of the head could be seen. *sigh!* oh no :(

waited, waited...

blessed, tita blossom(mom's friend ; mom's cousin's cousin) came to the rescue. she's our dear sweet angel. she sent her daughter, klingkling to fetch us and guide us to their house. then wallah! i realized, i felt tired and luoy of myself and others of this tragedy. so we all just sat on the couch and sighed a brief relief. tita blossom cooked food for us, the BH ate gave :) and prepared whatever needs we might use up from the stress. then we were all busog.

we brainstormed again and listened to updates. ive had couple of text messages exchanged with everyone i sought for help. gosh. this is not my last day on earth, i thought. so i remained calm and composed. presence of mind. presence of mind. be strong.. i wanted to go home, but i can't take the risk. the reports say that we can pass through alubijid now, and in molugan too, but the bridge near tabing dagat is wearing off, and that they've closed the entries already. oh no. stuck. more reports came, barra water is neck high, kauswagan highway is knee deep, lapasan is waist line deep as well as carmen area.. water everywhere! it is now 8:30pm. iyan's buddies wanted to go home now. but we thought it wasn't safe, still. then we heard that a tidal wave is scheduled to plurk at 11:00pm. really not safe. we might still be in opol by then because of the heavy traffic along with the rest of the motorists. but, they decided to get on and proceed until where they could possibly park the car.

from 16 people down to 11 now. tita blossom arranged a nice room for lola.. but lola was hesistant, coz she wanted us to take the risk and proceed to cdo. but kim did agreat job in explaining to lola our situation. so the elder ones finally dozed off to dreamland around 9 something. us, the younger ones did our brain storming thing again. about what to do the next morning. then, about three 6x6 army trucks came with their troops (from lanao). the trucks were so noisy that we couldn't proceed with our agenda, so i suggested that we all go now to our quarters. so we went across the street, to the mayor's house. all 8 of us in one room, and other evacuees with us in the same house.

we prayed before we said goodnight. thank God for all of us who kept in and believed in our faith. and never stopped talking to God. (we played praise songs in the car while waiting patiently, and i hope i didn't irritate lola that i was singing all thoughout hehe). and oh, we did photo ops and did some fun brain thinking too. hehe :p

at 5:00am, my cousin's cousin woke us all up. he said that the opol bridge was now ready. so well got up, ate a lil & thanked tita and everyone in Alubijid. no rain, but still gloomy.

another uh-oh came, when we approached another long line of trucks & buses. but we thought maybe we could overtake them all since they're heavy ones, and that the news was true that light vehicles could now cross the opol bridge. but oh no. we were wrong. we went up to the diversion, and managed our way near the small bridge.

my mom came to rescue us. she was there an hour before we got there. she waited patiently near the apple tree entrance, since the line was sooo long. but i don't know what happened that she managed to get through the heavy traffic and managed her way to the lil diversion road near the other end of the bridge.

kim & bobot surveyed the area, asked the men in charge about things they need to know. when they got back, four of us (kookie, auntie, lola & myself) walked through and crossed the small bridge to meet up mom at the other end. *gaahhh!* i got out of the car, saw couple of dead snakes on the road. guess they drowned too.. yikes. and when i looked at my left gaze, there, the opol bridge :( oh no.. *gaaaahhhh!!!* the sides are broken.. the round watchamacallits looked dilapidated. oh no! oh no! oh no! so this is it. this is really it. the bridge i never imagined to give up. i said a short prayer silently right there. i know some lives have ended by an instant smirk, or people got hurt with all these rage. *sigh!*

then finally, met mom :D i couldn't be any happier right that moment. we left the 3 boys, kicker, kim & bobot in opol. they have to park the car somewhere up there, somewhere safe. (they'll just get it when the temporary repair of the bridge will allow vehicles to pass through) we drove kookie, auntie & lola to camella and finally head home to wash up, eat & rest.

The Professional Regulation Commission announced yesterday that 296 out of 708 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Dentistry this December 2008.

Sunday, i got a message from Charm Uy about Heidi's arrival.

SMS BATCH 2000 (and everyone else) Heidi's mom needs our help. she actually is in need of a committee for Heidi's arrival on the 30th of December. she wants us to welcome Heidi at the airport,like a grand occasion. flowers drop (helicopter) at the airport & during the burial.

and, she wants us to wear "Heidi" shirts too. do you have a picture of Heidi when she was healthier? could we make t-shirt prints of it and wear it on the burial?

Bitter Sweet Friendship

For a couple of months now, I've managed to do my own thing, keep things for myself, take a huge step back, shut up & keep everything in my private-isolated world. For most of my dear Chicas, they've always known my life to be an open book. I've always shared my personal realms, my heartaches, and of course, my highest of highs. But, life is a constant change, so it seems.

I don't remember when exactly did I finally close the deal & make a vow to keep it low, but I sure do know why I did.

Revelations of many glorious and even pathetic things have evolved. That is why, the need to transform got into my coconut. The "change" is not for someone, or something, but the mere realization that REAL/TRUE FRIENDS are drastically different from just "FRIENDS." The indifference is not by religion, nor class, not even age nor location but for me, it spelled out as simply "Indifference" --- that something which could never reconcile no matter what kind of intervention to settle issues with could ever mend the broken bond. Sad :( but.. true. The truth.The reality. Hence, the so called bitter sweet affair between "Friends."

I have learned so many things from different people, different cultures, even from different books. I got some points to keep, yet, for some reason, i could never connect to XYZ. My heart aches everytime I think of it.. but *heck!* nothing seems to take its grip. I've asked myself so many times of what "rights" must a friend have, and somehow this verse from the Bible kept on lingering on: Proverbs 27:5-6 "It is better to correct someone openly than to have love and not show it. The slap of a friend can be trusted to help you, but kisses of an enemy are nothing but lies." So I asked myself, then again, "why can't XYZ understand my corrections?" *sigh!*

But, as it keeps on battling inside me, the Lord never fails to check on me and keep my heart and mind at peace. Even if it's left unresolved, I can still say I love XYZ. As John 15:12 says, "Love each other as I have loved you."

So to YOU! my dear XYZ.. I'm pretty sure we both know how odd our friendship is, but remember, you will always be dear to me no matter what haze and typhoon might invade.

today marks our 4years & 8months together. is it long enough to endure whatever there is? nah! see, if you simply read the numbers, yeah -- it is. but come to think of it, a year is actually so short to capture everything. right?

for 4years & 8months, we've juggled fire & ice. we danced with fireflies & head banged hard with rock n roll music. we've been to places we've been dreaming of. yes, nothing is impossible. but how can it be? we've been through a lot. we've been through super hard & tough times. as i can clearly recall the early days, we only get to see each other once in 5 months. tough, right? but we made it this far.

our being a Christian played the biggest role in preserving our relationship. honestly, as i would really admit it, sometimes we tend to forget God to be in the center of our relationship -- that's why we get into trouble. but the Lord is good & He never fails to poke us & remind us of His great love for us -- and of course, that's why we still are together. everyday, as i, & even him, get up each day & call it a day, we always always try to speak to Him with love & in truth. and yes, thank You so much Lord for blessing us with understanding & love that we'd appreciate each other far better than anyone else. no matter what differences we battle through, we still get to be in harmony, because You Lord have taught us this.

i haven't got in touch with some of them for 2 months or so.. not that i've forgotten about them. but i just got so tangled up. been a busy bumble bee! a few days back, Ptr. Grace came over for a 4 day seminar -- and she asked me if i have spoken to any of them.. *buzz!* ooops. i failed to live up with my commitment. and i promised not to fall back and forget the friendship we have. and so, right now, i'm trying to revive the once boozed out and on fire connection to mend each others worries, and support each others victories :) i miss you, girlies! i know we're scattered everywhere. but the distance won't stretch us apart. God bless us all in whatever endeavors we'll face. *mwah!*

for a little while, i tried to keep it low. i tried to keep my silence, stepped back and be numb for whatever there is. it tickles me often to hear things, and see things that i would commonly i react upon. just so when i decided to keep things for myself, i hid everything in my pandora's box, when all the rage and some mischievous upbeats soar up.

i closed it in my heart because i want to live happily, and peacefully. but. i don't understand why. i don't see the point. and i can't get in the world of fakeness, hypocrisy & confusion. what is it that SOME people really want to happen? they're recklessly starting a brawl, don't you think? i think. i believe. and even if a person would ask him/herself, that person would really want to have the RIGHT to share in their thoughts or opinions. but why? why can't SOME people accept somebody else's?

jealously is nowhere in sight, im happy the way i am and the person i have become. thank you. so why get in the way for the Nth time? once i say i'm fine -- i really am fine. when i say it's over -- it's over. why dig in, again? what's the purpose?

hatred & grudge is also not a thing. it's not in me, not in my system. i brutally am ME. but when someone brutally hits on me, the longest issue it would stay in my head would be a week. it won't be forgotten, yeah, by just a click, but it doesn't linger on.

we get criticized as often as we don't like it, and that's a fact. but those are not signs of weakness, or something u can tell the up high to cast a curse on those who hit you. even if somehow i would want to impose that one should not scatter the matter, but hey, that's your freedom of right. so go on. just my point -- why can't u handle it yourself and FACE with all courage the person you have to settle issues with? hmm..

oh well.. you just can't please everybody all the time, but.. talk what you preach ;p

....is. forever gone. alright guys? zipppp! cut in the throat. delete! erase. hehe .. well, i did it for some reason i sensed it leaked somehow. i don't know why & i don't know how it happened. but i know it kinda did.. i'm tired and overly exhausted of the issue. so im draining it out of my system. i want to be numb about it from this day, forward ;p i think, yet, the best way to get through. there are just too many people. too crowded. i feel suffocated. and now, it's time to breathe.. hopefully, of a fresher air. and i think i'm loving the feeling of being in an isolated world, where i could choose to be with people who i know are trustworthy enough to be my real friends. i'm not saying i don't trust you no more --- but i just choose to zip it. my bubble wrap bursted out of confusion and rage. and i don't want that to happen, ever again. so, for myself to be free of worry and doubts -- i choose to be numb. ice. freezer. snow. numb. leprosy. numb. numb. numb. i don't hate anybody. i just want to be numb. *wah!* too much hypocrisy could kill. haha. and it's just not circulating. sensitivity kills bad too. believe me. so i would rather be numb than feel everything. Oh dear Lord. we've talked about it. yeah? pride is the chicken to which a dog could not swallow. but i'm not a dog. haha. yeah. so i choose to be numb. . .a root canaled tooth at that. but not discolored. haha. *numb!*

i am into this again since i can't contain how much my heart sank and broke -- again, for the Nth time. my body hurts all over, and my mind, it just can't stop thinking of how chaotic everything seems be.

reflect on QT.. most would say: "a wonderful start of the day, meet God and talk Him so one could be guided with every task he'll undertake" ...sounds familiar? yeah, so you heard those words as often as you say "Amen."
