what TWINKLE means

You are a seeker. You often find yourself restless - and you have a lot of questions about life. (yeah, so true)
You tend to travel often, to fairly random locations. You're most comfortable when you're far away from home. (haha.. are u kiddin me? =p)
You are quite passionate and easily tempted. Your impulses sometimes get you into trouble. (tempted of food and gadgets, yes *wink!*)

You are very charming... dangerously so. You have the potential to break a lot of hearts. (ahtik ni!)
You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it.
You have the power to rule the world. Let's hope you're a benevolent dictator! (d sad uy)

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing. (i am a kid ;p)
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long. (d baya, not everything!)
You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. (cramming? hehe..) Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start. (who doesn't?)

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. (ows? mao ba? ngano man daw cge ko pko pangutana?)
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. (korek ka dyan!)
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals. (pwede?! i don't react if i'm not provoked.)

You are a seeker of knowledge, and you have learned many things in your life.
(amen to that!)
You are also a keeper of knowledge - meaning you don't spill secrets or spread gossip.
People sometimes think you're snobby or aloof, but you're just too deep in thought to pay attention to them. (am i? well, yeah.. maybe at times ;p)

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow. (i tend to disagree)
You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily. (i am a kid at heart)
Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is. (lagi, most people just don't know that i do have heartaches too.. tsk tsk)

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. (i get along with little kids, best! hehe)
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. (laziness comes in handy at times ;p)

reason.

I am sending this to you to see how many actually read their e-mail/bulletin/inbox.
Your response will be interesting.
Pay attention to what you read.
After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was sent to you.
Here goes:

People
come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,
because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.

They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Be lieve it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME
relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson,
love the person and put what you have
learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime. =)

Send this to every friend that you have on-line,
including the person who sent it to you.

0 Replies - you may need to work on your 'people skills'
2 Replies - you are nice but probably need to be more outgoing
4 Replies - you have picked your friends well
6 Replies - you are downright popular
8 Replies or More - you are totally awesome (and that's probably why you're on MY
list)

I wonder what mine will be.

i miss you (..medhouse days, practically)

making a list..
checking it twice ;p

i felt so bizarre lately. 2008 hit me with a bang! on the first few gasps of the year, i juggled with work and more responsibilities. i've been busy, yes, for 2007.. but i've never been this triple busy since i set foot in my clinic after almost 2 weeks off. i wasn't really expecting a tough time at work, since i'm a newbie, but yeah.. this is the real world.

i had an early time off today, at 5.45 i swiftly manuevered my way home. such a long drive. music playing. my secretary's busy texting. bustling vehicles. moment of contemplation. *gawd!* i miss a lot of people. when i got home, i grabbed a bite of hungarian sausage.. *gawd* my favorite meal.

hours passed, i locked myself up in isolation once again. *jeez!* i miss lots of people. not just myBuu, but so many people, and so many events. i looked back, and recalled my younger, happy days when all i've got to worry about is my dorm's bunk to be free of clutter. when can i take another time off? i miss cebu. i miss school. i miss the crazy people i go with every single day. i miss medhouse. i miss the roommates i've had. and yeah, the dormates as well. i miss worldwide lodge. i miss cebu doc. i miss the aged-old (presently non-existent) dental infirmary. i miss going back n forth cebu-cdo almost every week by boat. i miss cramming up. i miss what i don't miss back then. i miss what i thought was odd back then.

i miss matel. tiwtiw.. i miss how u make me laugh with your *naughty* adult-rated spiels. i miss calling u tiwtiw.. like how my lil bojee couz make the elevator door sound. *tiw-tiw!* i miss ur corny jokes, but i sure did laugh about it genuinely. i miss how u sing! weee!!! haha! i miss your "radio-head," where's it by the way? did ur friend angie boxed it up? hihi.. i miss our long walks when we're hungry..to robi or mcdo jones ;) and our lazy ensembles during school days.. we take the taxi instead of walking.. hehe.. i miss seeing u in your pink and grey uniform! and the smell of coppertone, not on a beach day, but a regular school day! =) [nurse, ga coppertone pka?]

i miss moi moi.. i miss your baby voice. i miss lil miss terrible ;) i admire your intelligence.. and the heart of a great person. [u have such a big heart for many things moi! ] i even miss u and (what's his name?) fight. hehe. ISYU!!! [doc, asa nka doc?]

i miss ihnaz. *gawd!* u make me go gaga! haha.. i thank u for blessing my mom with "hi there groovy tita!" i miss your impish moves.. remember anything about the cream cheese??? woohoo! hehe. and the ash wednesday. that was the day when u took me out of my shell. i isolated myself away from the "world of shopping" for weeks, since i was too geeky to tackle school stuff. hahayz. and yes, thank u for waking me up at midnight, to remind me that i haven't had dinner yet. and thanks for my dinner as well ;) hehe..

i miss room 16. kate, corie, mika, cathy, cecille, zachie, ate gina. *gawd* the craziest world of fun & laughter with so many issues on hand! hihi.. i love being with u guys, even though u mess around with what i tidy up, if not often, well.. almost always. hehe.. i miss our late night movies. and remember that huge rat from our suer? ewww! memorable! hahaha..

i miss tintin..and candoy. i miss the techie business talk.
i miss lindy! miss powerbutt. ur such a cute baby ;)
i miss elsa. miss businesswoman..

i miss the baby boys @ medhouse. herman, my human doll. tyron, raymond..oh *gawd!* ernest aka tingting.. jeez guys. the 3am running around playing and splashing water all around the house was petrifying! hehe.. iggy, oliver, leo, victor..& oh,the other victor! wooohh..

i miss "i Am" hahaha.. bisan luod na kaayo ang egg, ang oil. got no choice. g gutom akong bitok.

hahayz.. too many to think about. i miss my early college days. i miss the days when i had to dive into the jungle world of college.. all mixed up. when i had too many to think about.. to adjust. to compensate.. to save. and to challenge =)

when everything seemed to be in the black and white scheme, u guys painted the rainbow on my gloooomy days. i know i haven't said thank you enough.. but yes, you all know i silently did =D i look forward to see u guys pretty soon.. bumping into each other. hahaha.. this time, we're a lot older, but i hope the craziness won't change.

i miss u all!

Happy New Year!

...since i went offline UNEXPECTEDLY for the new year, i failed to greet people my 2008 wishes. so.. here it is! ;)

May you get a clean bill of health from your dentist, your cardiologist, your gastro-enterologist, your urologist, your proctologist, your podiatrist, your psychiatrist, your plumber and the I.R.S.

May your hair, your teeth, your face-lift, your abs and your stocks not fall; and may your blood pressure, your triglycerides, your cholesterol, your white blood count and your mortgage interest not rise.

May New Year's Eve find you seated around the table, together with your beloved family and cherished friends. May you find the food better, the environment quieter, the cost much cheaper, and the pleasure much more fulfilling than anything else you might ordinarily do that night.

May what you see in the mirror delight you, and what others see in you delight them. May someone love you enough to forgive your faults, be blind to your blemishes, and tell the world about your virtues.

May the telemarketers wait to make their sales calls until you finish dinner, may the commercials on TV not be louder than the program you have been watching, and may your check book and your budget balance - and include generous amounts for charity.

May you remember to say "I love you" at least once a day to your spouse, your child, your parent, your siblings; but not to your secretary, your nurse, your masseuse, your hairdresser or your tennis instructor.

And may we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of God's love in every sunset, every flower's unfolding petals, every baby's smile, every lover's kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.

scary RAT

on the way home from my mom's town, i thought about the YEAR ahead. God. it's the year of the rat. i counted back the years and thought of what happened then.. *rar!* i realized that many odd things happened.. 1972 as the martial law year. 1984, ninoy's assassination.. what else? a lot of happenings boggled my mind.. as i count the hours til i get home.. but then, i snapped back to positive things immediately. i can make a difference. i have to prove something huge. amidst all the the pain and the heartaches, my prayers will be answered soon.

to myself,
my beau,

my family,
my friends,
and to YOU! ;)

cheers for a job well done..
and cheers to another fruitful year ahead ;)

"May this new year be a step forward,
In leading you to new adventures,
New roads to explore and new success to reach!
Keep the smile
Leave the tear,
Hold the laugh,
Leave the pain,
Think of joy,
Forget the fear,
Be joyous, coz
It’s new year!"

Rockin' 2008!!!
